Hello everybody,

I'm Nemesis. I'm from the Netherlands, therefore I speak English, because I can't speak or write german and you can't speak or read Dutch ;)

This is the logical conclusion ;)

Well, about In Caelum Fero. It's a music video. I've made it a little while ago and iI'm curious what you people think about it. I've heard this is the largest forum in Germany about Star Trek, so a good place to start I think.

The subject of the video is DS9. You can download it here

You can also click at my homepage (in my profile).

Greetings,

Your friendly Dutch Neighbour

Do you want to hear critics?

Here comes it anyways:

I liked the music and I liked the pictures. But to be honest: I can't see any match between the music and the shown pictures. I would have expected that the war pictures had a harder or faster part or that the romance scenes had a slower part. But it wasn't there. I had the impression that the speed of the music never really changed.

Here ( http://babylon5.st-tng.eu/ivanova_small.avi ) is for example a fan video in which the text of the song matches the shown pictures.

Another example http://www.jasdigital.net/videos/B5mix.avi in which more than one music is used

Not that you get me wrong: It's got nothing to do with you using a non-vocal music but then the music itself must match the shown pictures

Well, the speed of changing pictures is linked to the beat of the music. That's the only connection. Further more the music is in my opinion suitable for Deep Space Nine. My goal with this video was to create a feeling that you want to watch DS9.

I've made allready a video which the title and the text "is compatible" with the images I used (except one scene).

it's difficult to have everything in a video, because I use music that's not created for that image.
